Although there's no confirmation of Vincenzo working at Ohio Wesleyan University, he was indeed a music teacher and composer. While traveling as a piano demonstrator for Knabe Pianos, Vincenzo met his future wife Nina Picket during a stop in Delaware, Ohio.
